Our primary focus has been light commercial and mid to high-end single & multi family residential new construction and renovation. Frank Stevens’ design expertise has been recognized regionally through various publications and awards, and while his style tends toward traditional or transitional, that is not imposed on the client.
Raised in construction, Frank is often heavily involved in fieldwork, especially renovations. This wealth of field experience affords a command of methods, materials & detailing that is inseparable from the design process and is fundamental to his philosophy that after the inspiring sales pitches, fevered charrettes, and beautiful renderings, success comes down to the quality of the documentation.
We are acutely aware of the importance of thorough and timely documentation of communications, both with client and contractor. At the core of this understanding must always be well-conceived, thoroughly detailed contract documents and the patience to guide those less experienced through their meaning.
